Now, only two months after my surgery.

I would leave sessions with Patty or Kahley, and I was amazed at how sore I could be without punishing my body to the point of collapse and at how I could see my strength and flexibility increasing.

Reading, photography, learning, traveling, internet surfing and to name a few.

It works just as well on healthy bodies, and if fact is what I hope to be doing when I am 99 years old.

I used exercise to control my body and to try to make it look like what I now know to be an unattainable ideal.

People marvel at my range of motion and positive outlook I now look forward to the holidays with anticipation.
