To Order a DNA Profiling or Parentage Verification Online:
This page is for DNA profiling or parentage verification orders only. When you order a parentage test, the dog's DNA profile is included with the results. MyDogDNA testing packages can be ordered online at www.mydogdna.com.
- Choose the test you want and the number of dogs in the table below
- Select "Place order" and fill in your personal contact details, as well as the dog's details.
- Check that the information is correct, then proceed to payment.
- When the payment is complete, you'll receive an email confirmation with a printable form to document the dog's samples.
- Send this form to our laboratory along with the samples.
